The E.M.P.O.W.E.R. Program

Powerhouse Coaching Services is proud to partner with Fort Bend Women’s Center to deliver the E.M.P.O.W.E.R. Career & Workforce Readiness Program.

Beginning September 22, 2026, Powerhouse will complement FBWC’s existing employment-readiness services by creating a more direct bridge between prepared participants and potential employers.

Phase One begins with a four-week workshop series focused on career direction, résumé development, job-search preparation, interviewing, confidence, communication, and workplace expectations. During the remaining weeks, participants receive individualized coaching, targeted job-search support, employer connections, interview coordination, workplace-entry preparation, and early retention follow-up.

Participants who satisfy the program requirements will receive a certificate of completion recognizing their preparation, participation, and follow-through.
