This policy applies to our coaching, consulting, DISC assessments, professional development programs, workshops, events, publications, and the DISCovery in Ed LinkedIn ecosystem.

Depending on the service or program, we may collect information such as:

• Name, email address, and telephone number
• Job title and organization
• Event or program registration information
• Professional interests and career information
• Information voluntarily provided through forms, surveys, coaching sessions, or inquiries
• DISC assessment responses and behavioral profile results

Information may be used to:

• Provide coaching, consulting, DISC assessments, and professional development services
• Register and communicate with participants about programs, webinars, and events
• Deliver newsletters, publications, resources, or requested information
• Respond to questions and service inquiries
• Prepare personalized coaching or assessment materials

We do not sell your personal information.

Powerhouse Coaching & Consulting Services may administer DISC behavioral assessments for coaching, professional development, leadership development, communication, team development, and workplace effectiveness.

DISC assessments are behavioral and professional development tools. They are not medical, psychological, or clinical diagnoses.

Assessment results and related coaching information are used only for the applicable service or engagement and are not sold to third parties.

When an assessment is provided through a sponsoring employer or organization, information may be shared according to the terms of that engagement.

DISCovery in Ed uses LinkedIn for professional networking, newsletters, events, LinkedIn Live programs, community discussions, professional development, MediaZine content, career opportunities, and related communications.

When you register for a DISCovery in Ed LinkedIn event, LinkedIn may provide registration information such as your name, email address, job title, organization, and location.

We may use this information to manage your registration, communicate event details, provide follow-up resources, and share additional information when you have provided appropriate consent.

LinkedIn also maintains its own privacy policies and terms governing information collected directly through its platform.

We may use trusted third-party providers for services such as:

• DISC assessments
• LinkedIn events and communications
• Website hosting
• Email distribution
• Scheduling
• Video conferencing
• Payment processing

Information is shared only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service. Third-party providers maintain their own privacy practices and policies.

If you subscribe, register, or provide consent to receive information, we may send communications about upcoming programs, events, publications, professional development opportunities, or services.

You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.

Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific service, program, event, assessment, or product, all purchases are considered final. 

Only written request of a cancellation made within 24 hours of a purchase of a service, coaching session, consultation, workshop, event, or appointment are eligible for a refund.

Requests made more than 24 hours must be submitted in writing and when circumstances warrant consideration, Powerhouse Coaching & Consulting Services may, at its discretion, offer:

• Rescheduling
• A credit toward a future service or program
• A credit toward another eligible product or service

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund or credit. Each request will be reviewed individually based on the service purchased, work already completed, expenses incurred, and circumstances surrounding the request.

DISC assessments, customized reports, personalized coaching materials, digital products, completed services, and other products or services that have already been delivered or substantially prepared may be considered non-refundable.

Any approved credit will be communicated in writing and may be subject to an expiration date or other conditions.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

We take reasonable steps to safeguard information in our possession. However, no electronic system or method of transmission can guarantee complete security.

You may contact us to:

• Correct or update your information
• Unsubscribe from promotional communications
• Ask how your information is being used
• Request deletion of information when reasonably possible and subject to applicable business, contractual, or legal requirements

This policy may be updated periodically as our services, programs, or business practices change. The most current version will be posted on this website.
